RANDY HAND (FOUNDING PASTOR & FFC-SEMINOLE LEAD PASTOR)
Randy has been in ministry since 1988 and the Lead Pastor of FFC since its launch in 2008. He studied Religion at Campbell University and has worked with many community organizations over the years to serve the area. He has four children and one grandchild and now lives with his wife, Jennifer, and youngest daughter, Naomi, in Seminole, Florida where he leads the church's local campus.
BEN SUGGS (FFC-SILER CITY LEAD PASTOR)
Ben, along with his wife Jenna and some devoted friends and family, started Freedom Family Church - Siler City in 2017. Before that, Ben served as Youth and Family Pastor at Freedom Family Church in Liberty since its inception in 2008. Ben has always been bi-vocational; spending time teaching in public schools, running a local small business, and co-founding Love Chatham, a non-profit organization devoted to those experiencing homelessness in our community. Ben and Jenna live here in Siler City with their 5 kids.
JOSHUA HAND (FFC-LIBERTY LEAD PASTOR)
In 2025 Joshua stepped in as the church's Head Elder, replacing long-time pastor, Randy Hand, and is eager to continue the good work of sharing the love of God and building on the foundation that was laid over the years prior. As a long-term member of the community, Pastor Joshua has a heart for Liberty and its surrounding areas, especially for those who feel that they are far from God and have questions in need of answer. Joining him on this journey are his wonderful wife Breana and their two daughters, Hazel and Eden.
